The Awards
This year we are flying our Grand Prize Winner and a guest to LA for 4-days/3-Nights. The winner will have a chance to meet with industry executives who have read their screenplay. The trip will include airfare for two, hotel and car rental. Our top four winners will receive $250 each and a signed copy of The Screenwriter's Bible. All winners will receive a copy of Final Draft.
The Chicago Screenwriters Network will continue to promote, push and pitch all five winners for one year. We have relationships with producers, agents and managers who are actively looking for new work.
Other contests promote that. We promise it.

SCRIPT DOCTOR ERIC AWARD

- $250 value given out on Awards night to one lucky finalist.
* THE CHICAGO SCREENWRITERS NETWORK Contest executives reserve the right to substitute prizes at any time during the contest. Substituted prizes will be of equal or greater value than those they have replaced.
**The genre of the Grand Prize Winner eliminates any other prize in that category. For instance, if a drama wins the Grand Prize then there will be no other prize awarded to a drama script.
