What tax laws can benefit us?

On January 1, 2013, Congress approved, and the President subsequently signed into law, the American Tax Payer Relief Act of 2012 (“2012 Act”). The 2012 Act has extended for two (2) years the existing rules and regulations for Section 181. It will relate back to all qualified film or television projects which began in 2012 and it will cover all qualified film or television projects until the end of 2013.
